Run every client's social. Prove every action.

Plan, approve, publish, reply, and report across clients and channels. Connections use official provider access, AI drafts wait for a person to accept them, and every publish keeps its receipt.

Calendar

One calendar across every client and channel.

Posts carry their client, channels, and approval state, so the week reads at a glance and nothing ships unapproved.

  • Per-client workspaces · each client's posts, media, and approvers stay separate
  • Approval state on every post · draft, in review, approved, scheduled
  • Provider checks before scheduling · media and length rules per channel

AI with approval rails

AI drafts and recommends. People approve.

AI helps with drafting, summarizing, triage, and recommendations. Publishing, replies, and other risky actions need policy checks and a person's acceptance, and AI output stays labelled until accepted.

  • Drafts · captions, briefs, hashtag sets, content calendars
  • Summaries · inbox triage, weekly digests, report intros
  • Recommendations · a next-action queue with the reason shown
  • Never automatic · publishing, mass replies, billing changes

Approvals · scoped client links

Approvals that match how clients work.

Clients approve, reject, or request changes from a scoped link that never exposes other workspaces, internal notes, or strategy.

  • Internal review

Strategist drafts, manager reviews, then the client approver gets a scoped link.

  • Client link

Reject, request changes, or approve. Comments stay in their workspace.

  • Receipts

Approver, time, requested changes, and resolution are saved.

  • Scoped access

A link opens only the posts it was issued for.

Reporting · proof first

Numbers with a source.

Each metric carries its source, freshness, and gaps. AI summaries cite their inputs, so clients see the same truth you see.

  • Source per metric · provider value or calculated, never mixed silently
  • Freshness · the last successful sync is shown
  • Gap labels · missing provider data shows a reason, never a zero
  • Receipt links · from a chart back to the publish job

Migration

A first week that makes switching safe.

Legacy posts come across held, scheduling runs in shadow mode, and a single-writer lock decides which system publishes to each account.

  • Preview first

A legacy import preview maps workspaces, channels, and posts and lists skipped records. It creates nothing.

  • Held import

Imported posts arrive held with a classification. Nothing is replayed; each post goes back through review.

  • Shadow mode

Scheduling runs in shadow mode, which never calls the provider, so outcomes can be compared first.

  • Single-writer lock

The old tool's write path is frozen first. SignalDeck publishes to an account only once it holds that account's lock.

  • Media

Upload files, or import from Google Drive and Dropbox. Files are hashed and scanned like uploads.

  • Reconnect accounts

Provider tokens are not portable. Each account reconnects and its identity is confirmed.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before switching.

Reporting data, provider access, AI, migration, and pricing.

Where do the numbers in reports come from?

From the connected provider APIs. Missing, delayed, or unavailable metrics are labelled with their source and freshness and are never replaced with estimates.

Does SignalDeck ask for social passwords?

No. Every connection runs through the platform's official OAuth flow. No shared passwords and no scraping.

Can AI publish without approval?

No. AI drafts, rewrites, and triages, but every publish, reply, delete, or block waits for a person to accept it.

Can we move from our current scheduler?

Yes. A legacy import is previewed first and creates nothing until you review it. Imported posts arrive held and are never replayed. SignalDeck then schedules in shadow mode, which never calls the provider, and a single-writer lock decides which system may publish to each account. Media comes from uploads, Google Drive, or Dropbox.

How is pricing structured?

Flat monthly plans with limits on profiles, workspaces, users, and usage, not per-seat pricing. Plans are billed monthly. The pricing page lists every limit.
