Feature

Analytics

Reporting that cites real metrics from connected accounts — with source, freshness, and provider capability disclosed on every chart. SignalDeck's analytics layer doesn't invent numbers, doesn't pad reach, and doesn't smooth over channels where the platform didn't return data.

What reports show

Reports your clients and your CFO can both trust.

  • Account, post, and campaign rollups

Roll metrics up by account, post, campaign, channel, or workspace. Drill from a campaign overview down to a single post's provider record.

  • Source and freshness metadata

Every metric carries its source (which provider, which endpoint) and its freshness (when it was last synced). Stale or missing data is labeled, not silently zeroed.

  • Scheduled white-label reports

Send white-label reports on a cadence, weekly, monthly, or after a campaign, without SignalDeck app navigation and with explicit disclosures when a channel is unavailable. Custom logos and colour themes are not available yet.

  • AI summaries that cite

AI executive summaries are grounded in the underlying metric records and cite which numbers they're drawing from. No hallucinated trend lines.

  • Exports in formats people actually use

CSV, JSON, and PDF exports preserve source metadata. Power BI, Looker, and spreadsheets all work; nothing is locked to our viewer.

  • Provider rate-limit awareness

When a provider throttles, the report shows it. When a token expires, the report says so. Disconnected accounts can't accidentally look like zero engagement.

Why this matters

Reports are accountability artifacts, not slideware.

If a client sees a chart that's quietly wrong because a channel was disconnected for a week, they'll find out eventually — and they'll trust the rest of the report less. SignalDeck disclaims missing data on the report itself, so the conversation is honest from minute one.

Reporting shapes

Built around the conversation you're going to have.

  • Weekly client recaps

Auto-send a digest every Monday with what shipped, what landed, and what didn't sync.

  • Campaign post-mortems

Compare planned vs shipped, by-channel performance, and AI summary cited to the underlying metrics.

  • Internal performance reviews

Roll up team-wide cadence, approval velocity, and inbound response times for ops review.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Where do the numbers come from?

Directly from connected provider APIs. SignalDeck doesn't scrape, doesn't infer, and doesn't average. Each chart tells you which endpoint it pulled from and when.

What if a channel didn't return data?

The report labels that channel as unavailable for the period instead of plotting zero. The disclosure is visible to the recipient.

Can I white-label exports?

White-label reports are included on Scale and above and leave out SignalDeck app navigation. Custom logos, colour themes, and custom domains for report pages are not available yet.
