Content calendar
One calendar for every client, channel, campaign, and approval state. SignalDeck's content calendar gives social teams a single source of truth from idea to receipt — with month, week, day, list, grid, and campaign views, real provider receipts on every publish, and approval state separated from publish state so failed posts don't pretend to be live.
What's in the calendar
Plan, route, ship, and prove — from one view.
Six views for six ways of thinking
Month for cadence, week for the working session, day for high-volume teams, list for triage, grid for visual planning, and campaign for cross-channel launches. Switch instantly without losing filters.
Approval status separate from publish status
A post can be approved but not yet scheduled, scheduled but rejected, or shipped but failed at the provider. SignalDeck shows you both states clearly so nothing hides in a green tile.
Failed posts stay visible and actionable
When a provider rejects a post, it stays on the calendar with the actual error from the platform, a one-click retry, and the original receipt for audit.
Drag-and-drop with capability checks
Reschedule a post and SignalDeck re-validates the lane's constraints, such as caption length, media count, and media type, before the new time is accepted.
Per-workspace filters and saved views
Filter by client, channel, campaign, approver, status, or tag. Save the filter combinations your team uses every Monday so the calendar opens to the right view.
Comments and notes per post
Internal team threads attach to individual posts. Mention teammates, link to assets, and resolve comments — separate from any client-facing approval discussion.
Why the calendar matters
Your calendar is the source of truth — or it's a lie.
If posts are scheduled in one tool, approved in another, and reported in a third, your calendar isn't a calendar — it's a wishlist. SignalDeck keeps the plan, the approval, the provider receipt, and the resulting metric on the same post object, so the calendar is the actual record of what happened.
How teams use it
One calendar, many workflows.
Agencies
Filter to one client, share a read-only view with that client, or pull a multi-client view for the agency principal.
Brand teams
Tag posts to campaigns, route by approval lane, and report on cadence vs plan.
Creators
Visualize the week in grid view, drag posts to rebalance, and ship across channels in batch.
FAQ
Frequently asked
Can I import posts from another tool?
Through a legacy import, not a CSV upload. The import is previewed first, imported posts arrive held rather than scheduled, and each one goes back through review before it can publish. Media can be imported from Google Drive or Dropbox.
How does approval state work?
A post tracks approval state independently from publish state. Approved posts can still be paused, edited (which can reset approval per policy), or rescheduled.
What about timezones?
Schedule times respect the workspace's configured timezone and each post records the wall-clock time it actually shipped at the provider.
