Solution
Brands
SignalDeck gives in-house brand and social teams an operating system for plan, approve, publish, and report — without losing the receipts. Real approval rails, official platform APIs, audit logs on every action, and reporting that cites the underlying metrics.
Built for brand teams
Run your owned social with the same rigor as paid.
One calendar for every channel
Plan campaigns for Instagram, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Threads, the five lanes that publish today, from one calendar. X is disabled until review, TikTok and Pinterest are gated, and Bluesky and Google Business Profile are not available.
Approvals that match your org chart
Route posts through brand, legal, exec, or compliance approvers in any order. Required reviewers, deadlines, and version receipts mean nothing ships without a clear paper trail.
Official-API publishing only
Every live lane publishes through Composio-managed provider connections. Capability checks block posts a lane cannot carry, and a post is marked published only when the provider returns an ID for it.
AI that drafts, never publishes
AI helps draft, rewrite, and summarize. Risky actions need human approval. Generated output stays labeled until a person accepts it. Brand voice is enforced when a version is reviewed, not guaranteed at generation.
Inbox monitoring where APIs allow
Triage inbound comments, mentions, and DMs on your connected accounts through one inbox, with provider capability limits clearly disclosed. Keyword and brand listening across the open web is not offered.
Analytics with provenance
Account, post, and campaign metrics with source and freshness metadata. Missing metrics are labeled, not invented. AI report summaries cite the underlying numbers.
Why brand teams switch
Built for accountability, not just activity.
Most social tools optimize for posting volume. SignalDeck optimizes for what shipped, who approved it, what the platform confirmed, and what the metric actually was. That's the loop brand teams need when leadership asks why a post went out.

How brand teams use it
Coordinated launches
Plan multi-channel launches with campaign tags, asset versioning, and approval gates per stakeholder. Track which posts hit, which didn't, and what the platform actually confirmed.
Executive thought leadership
Draft executive posts for a LinkedIn member profile, route them through chief-of-staff review, and publish from the leader's own profile with a receipt, without sharing the account password.
Crisis and risk handling
Sensitive replies are permissioned and audited. Needs-human queues hold high-risk inbox threads for review. Nothing high-stakes ships on auto-pilot.
Brand shapes
Used by brand teams across categories.
B2B SaaS
Coordinate launches, executive posts, and multi-step legal review with founder-tuned drafts.
Consumer brands
Campaign plan across retail moments, UGC sourcing, and creator collabs with full asset receipts.
Regulated industries
Compliance-approver lanes, full audit exports, and material-edit re-approval rules built in.
Multi-location brands
National + local workspaces with brand controls and per-location calendars, approvals, and reports.

FAQ
Frequently asked
Can I require legal or compliance approval on specific channels?
Yes. Approval policies are configurable per workspace, per channel, and per campaign. You can require named approvers, sequence them, and reset approval on material edits.
How do people sign in?
With your email and password (hashed with scrypt, rate-limited, with lockout after repeated failures), an email magic link, or a Google or Microsoft account. Single sign-on through your own identity provider and automated user provisioning are not offered. Enterprise adds custom retention and dedicated onboarding.
What's your stance on AI publishing?
AI drafts and summarizes. It does not publish, reply, or trigger sensitive actions without a human accepting first. Generated content stays labeled until accepted.
Will my reports show real numbers?
Yes. Metrics come from connected accounts with source and freshness metadata. If a channel isn't connected or a provider hasn't returned data, the report says so instead of inventing a number.
