Who it's for
Built for teams that answer to clients and approvers.
The teams SignalDeck is designed around, described by how they work. There are no customer logos or quotes on this page; stories will appear only after a customer approves them in writing.
Teams
From boutique agencies to multi-location brands.
Boutique and mid-market social agencies
Independent shops running many client workspaces, with content, paid, and community work split across people. Approvals, publishing, and reporting sit in one place per client, and each client's audit trail stays separate.
Multi-office, multi-brand network agencies
Agencies with large client rosters, regional offices, and parallel brand teams. Workspace-level roles keep client teams separated, and each connection is confirmed against the brand it belongs to.
B2B SaaS and consumer brand social teams
In-house teams that publish to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Reports show where every metric came from and how fresh it is, and missing metrics are labelled rather than estimated.
Communications teams with formal sign-off
Teams that route posts through brand, legal, or executive review. An approval covers one version going to one account, so an edit after sign-off needs a new decision.
Franchise systems and multi-location brands
Brands with many local accounts, such as restaurants, gyms, and retail. Each location can have its own workspace, calendar, and approvers, with publishing paused per account or per campaign when needed.
Career creators and content studios
Creators, creator-and-manager pairs, and small studios working across several platforms. AI drafts stay drafts until approved, and a post is marked published only when the platform confirms it.
What they share
The same four problems, in every segment.
Whether it is an agency with forty clients or a franchise with forty locations, the costly mistakes are the same. SignalDeck is built to make each one hard to repeat.
- Proving what a client approved · Each approval stores the reviewer, the account, and a hash of the exact payload they saw. Editing the post revokes it.
- Posting to the wrong account · Connections are confirmed by reading the account identity back from the platform, and every publish is pinned to that connection.
- Double posts after a timeout · When a send's outcome is unknown, the attempt is held as uncertain and reconciled by lookup or evidence. It is never retried blindly.
- Using media you no longer have rights to · Usage rights and consent records on an asset are checked per channel before each send. An expired licence holds the post with a reason.
Pilot programme
How a new team starts.
New teams move in steps, one account at a time, with a way to stop at each step. It is the same procedure we use for our own brands.
Fit call
A walkthrough with your own accounts. We check your networks against what SignalDeck publishes today before anything else.
Workspace and connections
Create a workspace per client or brand, connect accounts through managed OAuth, and confirm each account's identity.
Held import
Bring history and pending posts from your current tool. Everything pending arrives held; nothing is replayed. Legacy imports are included from the Scale plan.
Shadow mode
SignalDeck schedules end to end while every platform write is blocked, so you can compare it with your current tool.
Canary account
Your old tool's posting is stopped for one account, SignalDeck takes that account's writer lock, and a small approved batch goes out with receipts.
Bounded pilot
Expand to a few more accounts, review receipts and reports together, and decide whether to move the rest.
Networks
Where SignalDeck publishes today.
The first thing we check in a fit call.
Launch lanes
LinkedIn (member profiles and Pages), Instagram Business and Creator accounts, Facebook Pages, and YouTube, through Composio managed connections.
Gated
X uses a direct writer that is switched on per workspace after review. TikTok and Pinterest adapters exist but are gated and are not a launch commitment.
Not available yet
Publishing to Bluesky and Google Business Profile is not available. Those pages describe planning and preparation only, and there is no connect button for them.
Not a fit yet
Teams we would ask to wait.
If one of these describes you, your current tool is probably the better choice for now.
- Teams whose main channels are TikTok or Pinterest. Both lanes are gated and are not a launch commitment.
- Teams that need Bluesky or Google Business Profile publishing now.
- Organisations that require SAML single sign-on or SCIM provisioning, which are not offered today and remain roadmap items.
- Teams that need web or keyword mention tracking, paid ads management, or a self-hosted edition.
FAQ
Questions about customers and pilots.
Why are there no customer logos or case studies here?
Because we will not publish a logo, quote, or result without the customer's written approval, and we will not invent them. Stories will appear here once customers agree to share them.
Who uses SignalDeck first?
Our own related brands move first, through the same freeze, held import, shadow mode, and cutover steps a pilot team would follow. Outside pilot teams come after that procedure has been run end to end.
What does a pilot involve?
A fit call, a workspace with confirmed connections, a held import, a period in shadow mode, one canary account, and then a small set of accounts. You can stop at any step; your old tool stays usable for accounts that have not moved.
Which plan does a pilot use?
Pilots run on a normal plan. Approvals start on Agency, the client portal on Scale, and legacy imports on Scale. The pricing page lists every limit.
Can we use SignalDeck if we only publish to one network?
Yes, if that network is one of the launch lanes: LinkedIn, Instagram Business and Creator, Facebook Pages, or YouTube. For X, publishing is enabled per workspace after review.
