Feature

White-label client portals

Client-facing approval and reporting pages that show your clients the work, not your workspace. Clients approve or request changes on a specific version through a token-scoped link, and read reports through share links that only show approved sections and sourced metrics. Internal comments, drafts, and other clients never appear.

What clients see

Review and reporting pages without the internal view.

  • Token-scoped approval page

An approval link opens one approval and nothing else. The page shows the post, each network's variant, the version number, status, due date, and when the link expires.

  • Decisions bound to a version

Clients approve "version N exactly as shown", request changes with a required comment, or reject. Each decision records the version number, IP address, and user agent.

  • Scopes and expiry on every link

Approval links carry scopes (view, approve, request changes) and an expiry, and are stored only as hashes. Expired or revoked links show an error and reveal no content.

  • Report share links shown once

Create a share link from the report page. The token is shown once, stored as a hash, and can carry an expiry; draft and archived reports never render on a share link.

  • Only approved, sourced figures

Shared reports show only approved metrics and sections. Unavailable metrics are left out, values without a verified source are marked unknown, and the page shows how fresh the data is.

  • Print-ready report pages

Shared reports are laid out for A4 and Letter printing. From the report page you can also request a PDF render or a CSV export.

  • Report templates with source rules

Agency monthly, competitive snapshot, and client proof templates list the source each section needs. The PDF is marked blocked when a required section is missing or the data is unavailable.

How it works

Client review and reporting, step by step.

  • 1. Submit for approval

Submitting a post snapshots it as a numbered version and opens an approval with an optional due date.

  • 2. Client opens the link

The link is checked server-side. A missing, expired, or revoked token shows a plain error and no post content.

  • 3. Client decides

Approve the exact version shown, request changes with a comment, or reject. The approval status updates and the decision is kept with the version.

  • 4. Share the report

Build the report from synced metrics, create a share link, and send it. Recipients see the approved sections with sources and freshness.

What stays private

Kept out of every client page.

  • Internal discussion

Team comments, draft history, and other approvals in the workspace aren't part of the approval page or the shared report.

  • Other clients

Each link is scoped to one approval or one report in one workspace, so a client can't browse to anything else.

  • Secrets

Approval and share tokens are stored as hashes. A share link is shown once when created and can't be displayed again.

Plans and branding

What's included today.

The client portal and white-label reports are included on Scale, Command, and Enterprise; Starter and Agency don't include them. Client pages render without the SignalDeck app navigation, but custom logos, colour themes, and custom domains for approval and report pages aren't available yet.

Who uses it

Client sign-off and reporting you can point back to.

  • Agencies

Send each client a link to approve their posts and a monthly report link, with every decision tied to the exact version they saw.

  • Freelancers and consultants

Get written sign-off on a version before it ships, without giving clients a login to your workspace.

  • Multi-location brands

Share location-level reports that only show approved sections and flag stale data.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Do clients need an account?

No. Clients use a token-scoped link. The token decides what they can see and do (view, approve, request changes), and it expires.

Can clients see our internal notes?

No. The approval page shows the post, its network variants, the version number, status, and due date. Internal comments and draft history aren't included.

What happens when a share link expires?

The page shows that the link is invalid, expired, or revoked and displays no report data. Ask the sender for a new link.

Can we put our own logo and domain on client pages?

Not yet. Client pages leave out the SignalDeck app navigation, but custom logos, colour themes, and custom domains for approval and report pages aren't available today.

Which plans include it?

The client portal and white-label reports start on Scale and are included on Scale, Command, and Enterprise. Reports themselves are included on Agency, Scale, Command, and Enterprise.

Will a shared report ever show an estimated number?

No. Unavailable metrics are omitted, values without a verified source are marked unknown, and freshness is shown on the page.
