Downgrades and limits
The fine print, in plain language.
What happens when usage passes a limit or you move to a smaller plan.
- Over a limit after a downgrade: new workspaces, profiles, posts, API calls, storage, or AI usage are blocked until usage is reduced or the plan is restored.
- A downgrade does not delete history: posts, media, reports, approvals, audit events, and client receipts stay.
- Features a smaller plan does not include become read-only or unavailable, with a message that names the plan you need.

Billing questions.
Prices, monthly billing, limits, overages, downgrades, and cancellation.
How much does each plan cost?
Billed monthly: Starter $49, Agency $129, Scale $249, and Command $499 a month. Enterprise is priced per contract. Prices are flat per plan, not per seat.
Is there annual billing?
Not at checkout. Every self-serve plan is billed monthly through Stripe, and there is no annual discount. Enterprise is priced per contract.
Do you charge per user?
No. Users per plan: Starter 2, Agency unlimited, Scale unlimited, Command unlimited, Enterprise custom. The limits that change between plans are profiles, workspaces, scheduled posts, AI usage, inbox seats, reports, API calls, webhook deliveries, and storage.
What counts as a social profile?
Each connected destination, such as one Instagram account or one Facebook Page, is one profile. Profiles per plan: Starter 10, Agency 40, Scale 120, Command 250, Enterprise custom.
Are there overage charges?
No. Usage past a plan limit is not billed as overage. New actions that would exceed the limit are blocked, with a message naming the limit, until usage drops or you move to a larger plan.
Which plan do I need for approvals and client portals?
Approvals and the inbox start on Agency. The client portal, white-label reports, and API and MCP access start on Scale. Audit exports start on Command.
What happens if I downgrade?
Scheduled posts stay intact, and history such as posts, media, reports, approvals, and audit events is kept. If your usage is above the smaller plan's limits, new actions over those limits are locked until usage is reduced.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Billing runs through Stripe. A cancellation set for the end of the billing period is recorded with your subscription, and once the subscription is no longer active, plan features and new usage are blocked.
Does every plan publish to the same networks?
Yes. Network access does not depend on the plan. Instagram, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn member profiles, YouTube, and Threads publish today; X is disabled until its review gate passes, TikTok and Pinterest are gated, and Bluesky and Google Business Profile are not available.
