Services that host and secure SignalDeck:
- Microsoft Azure (United States): application hosting, PostgreSQL database, Redis cache, key vault, logging, and monitoring.
- Cloudflare (global network; R2 storage): DNS, TLS, content delivery, web application firewall, and media and export file storage.
Product operations
Services that run product features:
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES, United States): transactional email such as sign-in links, invitations, and approval requests.
- Stripe (United States): subscription billing and payment processing.
- Composio (United States): connection and token management for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts.
- Kiro Prism and the model providers it routes to: AI features you choose to use, without training on customer content.
- Google and Microsoft: optional sign-in with Google or Microsoft accounts, and Google Drive file import.
- Dropbox: optional file import through the Dropbox Chooser.
Social networks you connect, such as X, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest, receive content at your direction to publish it; they act under their own terms rather than as our subprocessors.
Marketing site analytics
Google Analytics 4 (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) on signaldeck.us only, as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Disclosure. They are not used in the SignalDeck product.
Change notice
We update this list before a new subprocessor begins processing customer personal data. Customers who want email notice of changes can ask at [email protected].
