Sendible alternative for white-label agency reporting

How SignalDeck differs from Sendible for white-label agency reporting: per-client workspaces, scoped client approval links, official platform APIs, audit logs, and reports that cite where each metric came from.

Agency operations

One workspace per client, with proof for each one.

Agencies weighing Sendible for white-label agency reporting run many brands with different approvers, rules, and reports. SignalDeck gives each client an isolated workspace with its own connections, approvers, media, and reports, and keeps an audit trail per workspace.

  • Isolated client workspaces · Roles are granted per workspace and enforced on the server, so a team member on one client cannot see another client's data.
  • Client portal and white-label reports · The client portal is included from the Scale plan and white-label reports from Scale. Internal notes stay private.
  • Right account, every time · Each connection is confirmed by reading the account identity back from the platform, and publishing is pinned to that connection, so a post cannot go to the wrong client's account.

How SignalDeck publishes

Every post has an approval, an attempt, and a receipt.

These rules apply to every account and every plan. They are what you would be moving to.

  • A post is published when the platform says so

Each publish is recorded in a ledger: the content version, the destination approval, the delivery intent, every attempt, and the receipt. A post is marked published only when the platform returns a real post ID for the account you approved, and the receipt keeps that ID and the post URL.

  • Approval is per destination and pinned to the exact payload

An approval covers one content version going to one account, and stores a hash of the payload that was reviewed. Editing the post creates a new version and revokes the earlier approvals, so a client never signs off on copy that later changes before it goes out.

  • Uncertain writes are reconciled, not retried

If SignalDeck cannot tell whether a platform accepted a post (a timeout, a lost response, a worker that stopped mid-send), the attempt is marked uncertain and held. It is resolved by looking the post up on the platform or by recorded evidence. It is never blindly retried, which is how duplicate posts happen.

  • Connections are confirmed before they can publish

Instagram, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, and YouTube connect through Composio managed OAuth, so platform tokens stay with Composio rather than in SignalDeck tables. After connecting, the account identity is read back from the platform and the owner confirms it is the right brand. Every publish is pinned to that confirmed connection.

  • AI drafts; a person decides

AI drafts, rewrites, summarises, and suggests replies. Its output stays labelled until someone accepts it, and nothing it produces is published, sent, or deleted without a human approval. AI credits and agent actions have published monthly limits on each plan.

  • Media rights and consent are checked at send time

Assets can carry usage rights (basis, licensor, territories, expiry) and consent records, including guardian consent for minors. Before a post is sent, SignalDeck checks that current rights cover the asset on that channel and that consent has not expired or been withdrawn. If not, the post is held with the reason.

Before you decide

What to check in Sendible today.

Questions to answer with your own accounts and your current plan. We do not answer them for you here, because tools change and we only state what we can verify.

  • Check how Sendible prevents a post meant for one client from going to another client's account.
  • Check whether each client's approvals, audit history, and reports can be exported separately.
  • Check how your current tool handles a client who leaves: what is kept, what is deleted, and what is recorded.

Fit

Who should switch, and who should not.

SignalDeck is not the right tool for every team. If you are in the second list, staying put is the sensible choice.

Switch if

  • You manage many client brands with different approvers.
  • Clients ask for proof of what they approved and what was published.
  • You want plan limits on workspaces and profiles, not per-seat pricing.

Stay if

  • Your clients are mainly on TikTok or Pinterest. Those lanes are gated.
  • You need Bluesky or Google Business Profile publishing now.

Networks

Where SignalDeck publishes today.

Check this against the accounts you manage before you plan a move.

  • Launch lanes

LinkedIn (member profiles and Pages), Instagram Business and Creator accounts, Facebook Pages, and YouTube, through Composio managed connections.

  • Gated

X uses a direct writer that is switched on per workspace after review. TikTok and Pinterest adapters exist but are gated and are not a launch commitment.

  • Not available yet

Publishing to Bluesky and Google Business Profile is not available. Those pages describe planning and preparation only, and there is no connect button for them.

Migration

Moving from Sendible without double posting.

Each account moves on its own: the old tool's posting stops, history arrives held, SignalDeck runs in shadow mode, and only then does it take the account's writer lock.

  • Freeze the old writer

For each account, the old tool's scheduled posting is stopped first, and the last known published post is recorded so there is a clear line between old and new.

  • Import everything as held

Posts, schedules, approvals, and history come across from an export whose checksum is verified before import. Every pending item arrives held, classified as never sent, definitely failed, verified published, stale, or uncertain. Nothing is replayed automatically.

  • Keep your history as receipts

Posts the platform confirms were published become receipts keyed by their real post ID, so they are never posted again. A post with no proof of publication is marked uncertain, not unpublished.

  • Run in shadow mode

Scheduling runs end to end in SignalDeck while every platform write is blocked. You compare what SignalDeck would have sent with what the old tool sent, and resolve any mismatch before going live.

  • Take the single-writer lock

Each account has one writer at a time. While another tool holds an account, SignalDeck will not send to it. Cutover happens when SignalDeck takes the lock, starting with a small, approved canary.

  • Choose what goes back into review

Imported posts carry no publishing permission. You pick which still-relevant posts re-enter review; each needs current rights, a fresh approval, and a confirmed connection before it can be scheduled.

FAQ

Questions about switching from Sendible.

How does pricing scale with clients?

Plans set limits on social profiles, workspaces, and usage. Users are unlimited from the Agency plan; the pricing page lists every figure.

Can a client see only their own workspace?

Yes. Client viewers and reviewers are scoped to their workspace and to what you share with them.

Will posts be published twice while we move off Sendible?

Not by SignalDeck. Each account has a single-writer lock, and SignalDeck does not send to an account while another tool holds it. Imported history is keyed by real post IDs, and pending items arrive held rather than queued.

Which networks can SignalDeck publish to?

LinkedIn, Instagram Business and Creator accounts, Facebook Pages, YouTube, and Threads (text, image, and video) at launch. X is enabled per workspace after review. TikTok and Pinterest are gated. Bluesky and Google Business Profile publishing are not available yet.

Which plan includes migration from Sendible?

Legacy imports are included from the Scale plan. Approvals start on Agency and the client portal on Scale. Every limit is listed on the pricing page.

Is this page a review of Sendible?

No. It describes how SignalDeck works and suggests what to check in the tool you use today. We do not state Sendible's features, limits, or prices here; check their current documentation for that.
