Migration demo
Book a migration demo.
Tell us about your agency or brand team. We walk through workspace setup, platform connections, and how posts move across from the tool you use today.
In the demo
What we walk through together.
The call uses your own team shape and accounts, not a generic tour.
Your workspace layout
How clients, brands, or locations map to workspaces, who gets which role, and where internal notes stay private.
Your approval chain
Who reviews before a post goes out, how no-login client links work, and why an edit to an approved post asks for approval again.
Which networks can move
Instagram, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn member profiles, YouTube, and Threads (text, image, and video) publish today. X, TikTok, Pinterest, Bluesky, and Google Business Profile do not, and we go through what that means for each of your accounts.
An import preview
If your current tool can export, we look at what a legacy import preview would map and skip. The preview creates nothing.
Held posts and shadow mode
Imported posts arrive held and are never replayed. Scheduling runs in shadow mode first, which never calls the provider.
The cutover
Your old tool's write path is frozen, then SignalDeck takes each account's single-writer lock before it publishes anything.
Before the call
What to have ready.
None of this is required to book. It makes the migration review specific.
A list of accounts
Each account you post to, by network, and which client or brand it belongs to. Each one counts as a social profile on your plan.
The right people for connections
An owner or admin connects each account. Instagram needs a Business or Creator account linked through Meta, a Facebook Page needs the CREATE_CONTENT or MANAGE task, and LinkedIn members connect their own profile.
An export from your current tool
A JSON export or an export URL if your tool offers one. Provider tokens and passwords never move across; accounts reconnect in SignalDeck.
Where your media lives
Files you will upload directly, or folders in Google Drive or Dropbox to import from. Imported files are hashed and scanned like uploads.
