LinkedIn member profile publishing
LinkedIn member profiles are a SignalDeck launch lane. A member can connect their own profile and publish text posts of up to 3,000 characters or one member-owned video per post, approved as an exact version and receipted from the post URN LinkedIn returns. Image posts are not available yet, company page posting is a separately gated lane, and LinkedIn metrics are not reported.

Member text posts
Text posts up to 3,000 characters from the connected member's profile. Links work inside the text.
One video per post
One MP4 video owned by the member. SignalDeck waits until LinkedIn reports it as available before creating the post.
Visibility per post
Public, connections only, or logged-in members, set on each post. Unknown values are rejected.
Receipts from the post URN
The receipt stores the URN LinkedIn returns and the feed URL built from it.
Separate company page gate
Connecting a member profile never grants company page posting, which has its own permissions and owner approval.

Connecting an account
How a LinkedIn account is connected.
Connections run through Composio managed OAuth. SignalDeck never asks for a social password, and an account cannot receive scheduled posts until an owner or admin confirms the identity the provider returned.
Start from the workspace
An owner or admin starts the connection from the workspace the account belongs to. The signed attempt expires after 15 minutes.
Authorize with the provider
You sign in with the provider through Composio and grant the requested permissions.
Identity readback
SignalDeck reads the member's own profile back from LinkedIn and stores that member ID as the destination identity.
Confirm
An owner or admin confirms the identity. Only then is the destination verified and able to receive scheduled posts.
