Solution

B2B SaaS

B2B SaaS social is mostly launches, release notes, and executives posting under their own names, and most of it needs product marketing, legal, or the executive to sign off first. SignalDeck freezes each post as a version, blocks factual claims that aren't linked to a source, keeps an embargo with approval windows, and lets an executive's reviewer approve only that executive's profile. Every delivery ends in a verified receipt or a held state you can act on.

Built for B2B SaaS teams

Launch and thought-leadership posts that survive review.

  • Claims checked against sources

When a version is frozen for review, factual claims are matched against the source snapshots linked to it. An unsupported claim blocks approval until it's linked to a source, confirmed as an owner statement, or removed.

  • Embargoes through approval windows

Approve a launch post with a window that opens when the embargo lifts. Scheduling before the window starts is rejected, so an early slot can't sneak through.

  • Executive profiles with scoped reviewers

Each executive connects their own LinkedIn member profile, and the connection is confirmed against the account's identity before anything can be scheduled. A reviewer can be assigned to that one destination and nothing else.

  • Separation of author and approver

Creators, reviewers, and publishers can't approve their own content. Approvals record the reviewer, role, permissions, and policy version for the exact payload approved.

  • Release notes as draft sources

Add your changelog or blog RSS feed as a source. New items become drafts that require approval by default, and their snapshots can back the claims in the posts written from them. Sources start on the Scale plan.

  • Versioned brand profile

Keep voice examples, preferred and avoided vocabulary, prohibited claims, and required disclosures in a versioned profile. Changing the policy marks unpublished versions for re-evaluation before they can be approved.

  • API, webhooks, and MCP

Create posts, read delivery intents, and subscribe to events through scoped API keys, webhooks, or the MCP server. Every call goes through the same role checks and audit log. API and MCP access start on Scale.

Launch week

From release notes to verified posts.

  • Source the facts

Pull the release note into the workspace from your RSS feed, or link an existing source snapshot. Drafts written from it carry the snapshot ids that the claim check uses.

  • Draft per destination

Write a long-form LinkedIn post for the founder, a video for YouTube, and a shorter Facebook Page post. Each destination keeps its own payload and its own approval.

  • Route to the right reviewers

Product marketing approves the company destinations, and the founder's chief of staff approves only the founder's profile. Nobody approves a post they wrote unless they're an owner or admin.

  • Lift the embargo on time

Schedule inside the approved window in the launch time zone. If the launch slips, reschedule within the window without losing attempt history; moving outside it needs reapproval.

Executive posting

Posting as a person, without sharing their password.

Executive profiles are connected through OAuth by the executive, and SignalDeck reads back the account identity before the destination can be used. Credentials stay in the connection layer and never reach the UI, model context, or exported receipts. If the connection expires or is disconnected, scheduled deliveries for that profile are held instead of failing silently.

Structure

Workspaces for the company, products, or regions.

Use one organization for the company and a workspace per product line, region, or executive program. Each workspace has its own brand profile, destinations, and members. Brand memory and source snapshots never cross workspaces, and generation can't retrieve another tenant's sources or voice examples.

Channel limits

Where B2B posts can go today.

LinkedIn member profiles publish text and video posts; image posts on LinkedIn are still being verified. LinkedIn company Page publishing is gated and not yet enabled, so company-page posts stay in LinkedIn for now. X runs through a direct route that stays off until a separate terms review is complete. YouTube, Facebook Pages, and Instagram Business accounts are available.

B2B shapes

Teams that need sign-off before anything ships.

  • Product launches

Embargoed posts across executive profiles and company channels, each approved per destination.

  • Founder-led content

Draft in the founder's voice from approved examples; the founder or their delegate approves their profile only.

  • Release-note cadence

Turn each changelog entry into drafts that cite the entry they came from.

  • Legal-reviewed claims

Hold anything with an unsupported factual claim until legal links a source or signs it off.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Can we publish to our LinkedIn company Page?

Not yet. LinkedIn company Page publishing is gated and not enabled. LinkedIn member profiles are available for text and video posts.

How does an embargo work?

The approver sets an approval window. Scheduling before it opens or after it closes is rejected, and a delivery that would dispatch after it closes is held.

Can the AI publish on behalf of an executive?

No. AI produces drafts and proposed briefs only. A person freezes the version, a reviewer approves it, and only then can it be scheduled.

What counts as an unsupported claim?

Factual statements the claim check can't match to a linked source snapshot. They block approval until they're linked, confirmed as an owner statement, or removed. Superlatives without a source are flagged the same way.

Can we integrate SignalDeck with our own tools?

Yes, on Scale and above, through scoped API keys, webhooks, and the MCP server. Writes accept an idempotency key, so a retried request returns the original result instead of creating a duplicate.

Which networks can I publish to?

Publishing runs on Instagram Business and Creator accounts (images and carousels), Facebook Pages (text, links, images, multi-image, and video), YouTube (video and Shorts), and LinkedIn member profiles (text and video). X uses a direct route that stays off until a separate terms review is complete. LinkedIn company Pages, TikTok, and Pinterest are gated and not yet enabled. Threads publishes text, one image, or one video through the official Threads API. Bluesky and Google Business Profile publishing are not available.
