Solution
Ecommerce
Ecommerce social runs on dates. A drop goes live at a set hour, a sale ends at midnight, and a post that promotes an expired offer is worse than no post at all. SignalDeck ties every product post to a frozen, approved version, an approval window that matches the promotion, and a payload per destination, then records what each network actually confirmed. It doesn't connect to your store platform: product details come from your team, not a catalog sync.
Built for ecommerce teams
Launches, sales, and drops that ship on the dates you approved.
Campaigns with start and end dates
Group a launch or sale into a campaign with its own dates, then plan every product post against it on one calendar. Each post carries a payload per destination, so the Instagram carousel and the Facebook Page post can differ while belonging to one content version, approved destination by destination.
Approval windows that match the promotion
Approvers can set a window when they approve. Scheduling outside it is rejected, and if dispatch would happen after the window closes the delivery is held instead of sent. A sale post can't run after the sale it describes.
The exact media you approved
Approval covers a hash of the final payload, including each rendition's checksum. Swap an image or reorder a carousel and the old approval no longer matches, so the post is held until someone approves the new version. Instagram carousels keep their image order and alt text.
Required disclosures and banned phrases
Each workspace keeps a versioned brand profile with prohibited claims and required disclosures. When a version is frozen for review, quality checks block it if a banned phrase appears, a required disclosure is missing, or a superlative isn't backed by a linked source.
Rights records for licensed and creator media
Record the rights basis, licensor, territories, permitted channels, and expiry for each asset. Final preflight re-reads those records inside the dispatch transaction, so expired or revoked rights stop a post that hasn't gone out yet.
Link page for the bio link
Publish a link page with ordered blocks on the SignalDeck link domain, and see outbound clicks per block. Update the page when a product sells out instead of editing every scheduled post.
Reports from verified receipts only
Post and campaign metrics are counted only for deliveries with a verified provider receipt. A metric the network didn't return stays unknown rather than becoming zero, and posts later removed from the network are labeled as removed.
Launch week
How a product launch moves through SignalDeck.
Draft against the brand profile
Write copy yourself or ask the AI assistant for drafts and per-network variants. Drafts inherit the workspace's brand profile and stay drafts until a person freezes and submits them. AI credits start on the Agency plan.
Freeze a version and route it
Freezing creates an immutable content version with a payload for each destination. Reviewers approve one destination at a time, and a reviewer role can only approve destinations it's assigned to.
Schedule in the store's local time
Times are entered as a local date, time, and IANA time zone. When a time is ambiguous or skipped at a daylight-saving change, SignalDeck asks which instant you meant instead of guessing.
Hold the line on launch day
If a product page breaks or stock runs out, pause the campaign or a single destination. A pause that lands before dispatch prevents the provider call; resuming needs an owner or admin and a reason.
Read the results per destination
If the carousel published but a Facebook video is still processing, you see both states. Successful destinations are never re-run, and a retry is offered only after an attempt is proven not to have published.
Governance
Promotional posts with a clear approval trail.
Authors don't approve their own posts
A creator, reviewer, or publisher can't approve content they wrote. Owners and admins can, and every approval records the reviewer, their role, and the policy version.
Edits after approval are new versions
Changing a price, a code, or an image creates a new version. The old approval can't publish it, and scheduled deliveries tied to the old version are held.
Revoke an approval
If an offer is pulled, revoke the approval with a reason. Deliveries that depend on it can't dispatch, and the revocation is audited.
Structure
One organization, a workspace per brand or region.
Use an organization for the company and a workspace for each brand, store, or region. Each workspace has its own destinations, brand profile, media library, campaigns, and members, and workspace-assigned roles only see the workspaces they're added to. The Agency plan includes 15 workspaces and 40 social profiles, Scale includes 60 workspaces and 120 profiles, and Command removes the workspace limit.
Not integrated
What SignalDeck doesn't do for stores.
There is no Shopify, WooCommerce, or other store integration, no product catalog sync, no shoppable post tagging, no ad management, and no revenue or conversion attribution. UTM parameters aren't added automatically; the free UTM builder on this site can generate tagged links you paste into posts. TikTok and Pinterest publishing are gated and not yet enabled.
Ecommerce shapes
Where date-bound approvals matter most.
Product drops
Approve the drop post with a window that opens at launch time, so nothing can be scheduled early.
Seasonal sales
Close the approval window when the sale ends; anything that misses its slot is held, not posted late.
Creator and customer content
Record the licence or consent for reposted media, with expiry, before it can be scheduled.
Multi-brand groups
Run each brand in its own workspace with its own brand profile, destinations, and reviewers.
FAQ
Frequently asked
Does SignalDeck connect to Shopify or my product catalog?
No. There is no store or catalog integration. Product names, prices, and links are written into the post by your team, and the brand profile and quality checks review that copy before approval.
What happens to a sale post if the sale ends early?
Revoke its approval or pause the campaign. A pause or revocation that lands before dispatch prevents the provider call. If the post already went out, SignalDeck doesn't edit or delete it on the network; remove it there, and later metrics lookups label it as removed.
What if the scheduler was down at launch time?
By default a delivery that misses its slot beyond a short on-time grace is held for review instead of publishing late. A destination can opt into a catch-up window if late posting is acceptable.
Can a post publish with a different image than the one approved?
No. The approval covers a hash of the final payload, including media checksums. If the payload that would be sent differs, final preflight holds the delivery as stale.
Which networks can I publish to?
Publishing runs on Instagram Business and Creator accounts (images and carousels), Facebook Pages (text, links, images, multi-image, and video), YouTube (video and Shorts), and LinkedIn member profiles (text and video). X uses a direct route that stays off until a separate terms review is complete. LinkedIn company Pages, TikTok, and Pinterest are gated and not yet enabled. Threads publishes text, one image, or one video through the official Threads API. Bluesky and Google Business Profile publishing are not available.
Do reports show sales or revenue?
No. Reports show the post, account, and campaign metrics that connected networks return, with freshness labels. There is no store-side sales, revenue, or conversion data.
Which plan do I need for approvals?
Approvals, inbox, and reports start on the Agency plan. The client portal and white-label reports start on Scale, and audit exports on Command. Starter covers scheduling without approvals.
