Solution

Real estate

Real estate social is listing photos, open houses, and agents posting for their own audience, all under a brokerage's rules. SignalDeck keeps each office or team in its own workspace, records the licence for every listing photo with an expiry, adds the brokerage disclosures to the review checks, and uses approval windows so an open-house post can't run after the open house. It doesn't connect to an MLS or IDX feed; listing details are entered by your team.

Built for brokerages and teams

Listing content with the rights, disclosures, and dates attached.

  • Workspaces per office or team

Give each office, team, or region its own workspace with its own destinations, calendar, media library, and members. Workspace-assigned roles only see the workspaces they're added to.

  • Licences for listing photos

Record the rights basis, photographer or licensor, permitted channels, and expiry for each photo or tour video. When a licence expires or is revoked, posts that haven't dispatched are blocked at final preflight.

  • Consent for people in photos

When sellers, agents, or neighbours appear in media, record their consent with its scope and expiry. Withdrawn or expired consent stops any delivery that hasn't been sent yet.

  • Brokerage disclosures checked before review

Put the brokerage name or licence wording in the workspace brand profile as a required disclosure, and add phrases your broker doesn't allow as prohibited claims. A frozen version that misses a disclosure or uses a banned phrase is blocked from approval.

  • Approval windows for open houses

Approve an open-house post with a window that ends when the event does. Anything scheduled outside the window is rejected, and a delivery that would run after it is held.

  • Local time, including daylight saving

Each workspace has a time zone, and every delivery stores the local date, time, and IANA zone it was scheduled in. Ambiguous or skipped times at a daylight-saving change ask you to choose.

  • Reusable media library

Organize listing media in folders with tags, import from Google Drive or Dropbox, and see where each asset was used. Each destination gets its own immutable rendition with a recorded checksum.

A listing week

From new listing to open house.

  • Upload and license the media

Upload the photographer's set, record the licence with its channels and expiry, and add consent for anyone pictured. Processing and virus scanning must finish before media can dispatch.

  • Draft the listing post

Write a carousel for Instagram, a multi-image post for the office's Facebook Page, and a tour video for YouTube. Alt text is kept with each image where the network accepts it.

  • Broker or team-lead approval

The agent who drafted the post can't approve it. A team lead or broker assigned to the destination approves, and the brokerage disclosure check must pass first.

  • Open house and price changes

Approve the open-house post with a window that ends at the event. A price change is a new version, so the old approval can't publish it.

Governance

Agents post. The brokerage keeps control.

  • Reviewers scoped to destinations

Assign a reviewer to specific destinations, such as one office's Page, so they can approve there and nowhere else.

  • Pause one destination

If a listing goes under contract or a page is compromised, pause that destination. A pause before dispatch prevents the provider call, and resuming needs an owner or admin with a reason.

  • Audit log for every decision

Approvals, revocations, rights and consent changes, pauses, and resumes are written to the audit log. Audit exports start on the Command plan.

Agent profiles

Agents posting under their own name.

Agents connect their own LinkedIn member profile, Instagram Business or Creator account, or Facebook Page through OAuth, and the account identity is confirmed before scheduling. If an agent's connection expires, their scheduled deliveries are held rather than failing silently. When an agent leaves, disable the connection and their pending deliveries stay held.

Not integrated

What SignalDeck doesn't do for real estate.

There is no MLS, IDX, or CRM integration and no listing feed import, so listing data isn't synced or kept current automatically. SignalDeck doesn't review posts for fair housing compliance; the disclosure and phrase checks only match the wording you configure, and your broker still approves. Google Business Profile publishing is not available.

Real estate shapes

From a single team to a multi-office brokerage.

  • Single team

One workspace, a team lead as approver, and listing media with licences attached.

  • Multi-office brokerage

A workspace per office, reviewers scoped to each office's destinations, and an org-wide pause if needed.

  • Agent personal brands

Agents connect their own profiles; posts still pass brokerage disclosures and broker approval.

  • Developments and new builds

Campaigns with start and end dates and approval windows for launch events.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Does SignalDeck pull listings from the MLS?

No. There is no MLS, IDX, or CRM integration. Listing details and media are entered or uploaded by your team.

What happens when a photo licence expires?

Final preflight checks rights inside the dispatch transaction. If the licence has expired or been revoked, any delivery that hasn't gone out is blocked with a rights error.

Can an agent approve their own listing post?

No, unless they're an owner or admin of the organization. Creators, reviewers, and publishers can't approve content they wrote.

Does SignalDeck check fair housing compliance?

No. You can add required disclosures and prohibited phrases to the brand profile, and the review check enforces exactly that wording. It isn't a compliance review.

Can each office have its own calendar and approvers?

Yes. Each workspace has its own calendar, destinations, brand profile, and members, and reviewers can be scoped to individual destinations.

Which networks can agents publish to?

Publishing runs on Instagram Business and Creator accounts (images and carousels), Facebook Pages (text, links, images, multi-image, and video), YouTube (video and Shorts), and LinkedIn member profiles (text and video). X uses a direct route that stays off until a separate terms review is complete. LinkedIn company Pages, TikTok, and Pinterest are gated and not yet enabled. Threads publishes text, one image, or one video through the official Threads API. Bluesky and Google Business Profile publishing are not available.
